La Follette School of Public Affairs - How Gifts Make a Difference

CHALLENGE GIFT AVAILABLE: Michael '75 and JoAnn Youngman invite you to meet their 100 gift challenge! The first 100 gifts to the LaFollette School of Public Affairs will help unlock an additional $10,000 toward the School's greatest needs.

Effective public policy requires thoughtfully engaging with stakeholders from a range of backgrounds and cultural contexts, and with varying needs and capacities. With this in mind, the La Follette School is excited to create a scholarship fund specifically for students from underrepresented groups. Day of the Badger donations will provide these prospective students with funds to help cover tuition and other school expenses. Thank you for your support!

What is day of the Badger

Day of the Badger is a day — and then some — to celebrate and support UW–Madison. It’s exactly 1848 minutes for all alumni, students, and friends throughout Badger nation to make a far-reaching impact in a short amount of time.
